This privacy policy has been updated to comply with the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) effective May 25, 2018 to protect the data of EU citizens. According to the new law, I am obligated to let you know the following information when you sign up for my mailing list:

A: When you sign up for my mailing list, you go into a database through a third party service known as MailChimp which makes it easier for marketers and small entrepreneurs like myself to collect leads so I can stay in touch with my followers. The data stays in that system unless the subscriber wants to change their data or have it removed. A subscriber can choose to opt out at any time via the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of every email. I do not sell your data to any outside companies looking to grow their lists and cold email. It stays in MY database for my own personal use to distribute my email updates about MY Company that you have given the consent to receive, through my online signup forms. If a subscriber has been inactive for a period of over 3 months, I will delete from my database.
Q: What kind of data is processed and what do you do with my data?
A: I only ever ask for the fields that are absolutely necessary to distribute emails and study my demographic.

A: I am the only person aside from Mail Chimp that can access your data.
Q: What third party services do you use to process your data?
A: I use Mail Chimp, which offers me a lot of features to help keep my database organized, and also assist in my creation of the newsletters that arrive in your inbox.
Q: How can I see the data that you have on me, make changes to my data and/or request complete removal of my data from your email list database (According to the right to be forgotten)?
A: If you would like to see the data that I have on you, I can screenshot your information in my database and send it to you by request. You can also request to have me change any of your data.
TO SEE YOUR DATA OR MAKE DATA CHANGES
You can send me these requests by email at [email protected]. Simply write – “I would like to change my data to (insert changes here)”.
COMPLETE REMOVAL
To be completely removed from my database you can unsubscribe from my mailing list by simply clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON located at the bottom of my email newsletters.

A: You can email me at [email protected] with a description of what the violation is and HOW it has affected you, and the violation will be investigated and remedied.

A: I am a data administrator as well as a data processor. As a data administrator I collect email addresses through my website forms, as well as live events to later be added to my online database at Mail Chimp. I never use this data for Cold Emailing. It is only used as promised upon your signup – to send you newsletters regarding my current announcements only relevant to my brand - the music of Stelladeora. As a data processor, I am also the one keeping your email addresses in a database and using them for my newsletter mail outs.
Q: What are the actions you will take should there be a security breach of the DPA (Data Protection Act)?
A: Any breach of the DPA will be reported to them, by me through the contact on their website
Q: How long will you hold on to my data?
A: If you have expressed your will to subscribe to my mailing list and your consent for me to process your data, I am entitled by this consent to process your data until you, the subscriber, withdraw that consent. Again, you can choose to opt out at anytime via the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the end of all of my newsletter.
Q: Do you own my data?
A: NO, I do not own your personal data that I process. Consider it borrowed due to your consent. If you want it removed, it gets removed whether you choose to contact me through my email address and personally request that it be changed/removed, OR hit that unsubscribe link at the bottom of my newsletters.
